We were founded early in 2005 by a small, multi-national group of experts as a for-profit corporation, charted by the State of California, USA. The founders of the company believe that education is an essential tool for building a more peaceful and just world. By providing supportive, collaborative services to educational institutions around the globe, we hope to help bring about a more promising future for us all.

In our first year we have established a satisfied base of institutional clients on three continents.

Our mission is to:

• Connect institutions that wish to offer cross-national training and/or education to groups such as university students, recent graduates, professionals, artists; public servants; technicians, NGO staff, and others, with institutions that can deliver that training and/or education.
  
  
• Facilitate the design, development, delivery and evaluation of cross-national training and/or educational opportunities;
  
  
• Assist universities to enhance the quality and capacity of their Academic and Administrative Leadership through programs of on-site consultation, workshops and seminars;
  
  
• Assist qualified university students and recent graduates to secure academically appropriate and carefully selected internships in the United States.

Our vision is to make a recognized contribution to international education exchange while upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.
